I worked with James Seals personally at Sheplers. Sheplers, at the time, was the worlds largest western wear company and we were looking to expand our web development team, so we could tackle a full rebuild.
James impressed everyone from the CEO down and was hired on the spot. He relocated from South Florida to Wichita Kansas to do contract work for us for 12 months to get the project completed. He was a member of a 5 man team that was tasked with developing our website from scratch, no third party opensource software.
He later took on the job of SEM, SEO and Email Marketing.
When his contract was up, we tried HARD to keep him, but he accepted another contract with the Miami Dolphins, but that didn’t stop us for keeping him around as a consultant. I knew that if he started his own web development company that he would be successful.
