Add Credit Card For Automatic Payments
This is a question we get asked a lot. To avoid having your services suspended or terminated for non-payment, you can setup automatic payments. Your credit/debit card will be chared each month on the day you signed up for service.
- Log into our Client Area
- Click Billing (On the left sidebar).
- Click Manage Credit Card
- Enter your credit/debit card information
- Be sure to click Save Changes. If you don’t, your information will not be saved.
That’s it! You now have a credit/debit card on file and we will begin processing your payments on their due dates each month. If you’re still having issues adding a credit/debit card for your monthly payments, you can either open up a support ticket or chat with one of our support techs through our live chat.
