How To Open A Support Ticket
Support tickets are a quick way to get support for issues you may be having with one of our products. Opening a support ticket is very easy to do.
- Log into the Client Area
- Click on Open Ticket. You’ll see if on left hand side on the sidebar.
- Select the support department you need.
- Fill out the form and click submit
We typically respond to support tickets within 2 hours and they are answered in the order their received. We also have a priority assistance option, that will move your ticket to the head of the line. The cost of priority assistance is $10 per incident.
