FAQ Block
Gutenberg FAQ block with real Google rich snippet support.
FAQ sections do two things: they answer common questions for visitors and they earn featured snippet real-estate in Google search results. But only if they output proper FAQPage schema markup.
TWDH FAQ Block gives you a native Gutenberg block where you build your Q&A pairs right in the editor — no custom post type, no shortcode setup. The block renders a clean accordion on the front end and includes JSON-LD FAQPage schema embedded on the page.
Need to add FAQs outside the block editor? Use the [twdh_faq] shortcode to pull in FAQ items from the twdh_faq_item post type.

Up and running in minutes
Three simple steps to get real results — no experience needed.
Insert the block
In the Gutenberg editor, search for 'TWDH FAQ'. Add the block and start typing your question and answer pairs.
Add as many Q&As as needed
Stack multiple pairs inside one block. The accordion handles any number of questions gracefully.
Publish and let Google find it
The FAQPage schema outputs automatically in the page source. Google may start showing your answers in search within days.
Built for professionals
No bloat. No surprises. Just the features that matter.
FAQPage schema built in
JSON-LD structured data outputs automatically. No manual schema configuration needed.
Accessible by default
The accordion uses proper ARIA attributes and keyboard navigation. Meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards out of the box.
Block and shortcode
Use the Gutenberg block in modern sites, or the shortcode in page builders and classic themes.
Everything it can do
A complete breakdown of every capability — free and Pro.
Native Gutenberg Block
TWDH FAQ is a first-class Gutenberg block — searchable in the block inserter, configurable in the block sidebar, and fully compatible with the full-site editor. No shortcodes needed in modern WordPress sites.
FAQPage Schema — Built In
Every FAQ block outputs valid FAQPage JSON-LD structured data in the page's head. This schema makes your Q&A eligible to appear as Google rich results directly in search — showing your answers before a visitor even clicks your link.
WCAG 2.1 AA Accessible Accordion
The accordion uses proper aria-expanded, aria-controls, and role='button' attributes. Keyboard users can navigate and expand questions with Tab and Enter. Screen readers announce expand/collapse state correctly.
Shortcode for Classic Themes
Use [twdh_faq] in Elementor, Divi, Bricks, or any classic PHP template. The shortcode pulls from the twdh_faq_item custom post type — manage all your FAQ content in one place and display it anywhere.
Frontend FAQ Search (Pro)
Pro adds a live search input above the accordion. Visitors type a keyword and the FAQ list filters in real time — essential for product pages or help sections with more than 10 questions.
HowTo Schema Block (Pro)
Pro includes a separate HowTo Gutenberg block that outputs HowTo JSON-LD structured data. Use it for step-by-step guides and tutorials — Google may display your steps directly in search results as a rich snippet.
Made for web professionals
Built by a real web design agency — for everyone who needs a professional solution without the bloat.

Any site targeting informational keywords where FAQ rich snippets could generate additional clicks from search.
Service businesses
Contractors, consultants, and service providers who want to answer common questions and convert visitors faster.
